At ReMusic, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our App is meticulously engineered to ensure your data, identity, and creative musical assets remain secure, private, and entirely under your control. This Privacy Policy describes how we process your technical interactions, what we do not collect, and our zero-training commitment.
We collect ZERO Personal Identifiable Information (PII). No sign-ups, no passwords, no email trackers, no credit cards.
1. Zero Personal Data Collection
ReMusic is built upon an absolute-zero data paradigm. When you install and operate the App, we do NOT ask for, track, or record:
- Your real name, address, location, or phone number.
- Your email address.
- Your contacts, browser history, or local desktop files.
- Your credit card numbers or financial passwords (all transactions are securely and anonymously handled via Apple StoreKit IAP).
2. Technical Data We Collect and Process
To run the neural song covers and manage your purchased balance, we process only the minimum necessary technical tokens:
- Uploaded Audio Tracks (Source Audio): When you upload a song to transform, the audio file is securely archived into a cloud object storage bucket. This serves as the direct source for the AI processing node.
- Generated Audio Outputs: The final converted Hi-Fi WAV or MP3 output files are archived permanently back to secure cloud object storage. This allows you to retrieve, play, and download your finished covers within the App.
3. Zero AI Model Training Guarantee
We respect your artistic property. Your voice profiles, backing track audio files, prompt formulas, and final song generation assets are **NEVER** used, analyzed, shared, or compiled to train, adjust, or fine-tune any public deep learning networks or voice synthesis models.
Your creations belong entirely to you, and your source vocals are treated strictly as temporary raw calculation assets.
4. Data Encryption & Security Standards
All data in transit and at rest is secured to modern corporate standards:
- In Transit: Every API payload, source audio stream, and synthesized file is routed via TLS 1.3 encrypted network tunnels.
- At Rest: Finished covers and source files archived in cloud object storage are encrypted at rest. Buckets are isolated and shielded from unauthorized public directory indexing.
5. Third-Party Data Processing
To deliver high-performance AI music covers, the Service leverages high-speed secure cloud platforms:
- Cloud GPU Nodes: Neural synthesis operations are executed securely on isolated cloud GPU clusters. These clusters do not persist or retain your source files after processing is complete.
- Apple StoreKit: All transaction validations and purchases are executed directly through Apple App Store APIs. No billing metadata is ever transmitted to or stored by us.
6. Data Retention & Your Rights
Because we store no personal identifiers, our database contains only anonymous device identifiers associated with generation metrics and credit balances:
- Asset Retention: Uploaded source audio and finished covers are retained in secure storage only to allow access from your client app. You can request deletion of your asset records directly through the App interface.
