User Agreement

Welcome to ReMusic. Please read this User Agreement ("Agreement", "Terms") carefully before using the ReMusic macOS desktop application (the "App", "Service") operated by ReMusic ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

ReMusic provides a high-fidelity, client-secured desktop platform for AI-powered musical transformation. By utilizing advanced deep neural audio processing pipelines, the Service allows users to upload source audio files or URLs and reconstruct vocal profiles, backing instrumentation, genre configurations, and arrangements, while preserving the fundamental melody of the original recording.

2. Zero Registration Guarantee

ReMusic values your absolute privacy and leverages a passwordless, registration-free experience. There are no accounts to create, no passwords to manage, and no personal data is required to use the Service.

3. Credit Billing & In-App Purchases

The Service operates under an on-demand credit consumption billing structure:

• Generation Cost: Generating a single AI music cover transformation job requires a flat deduction of 60 credits.
• In-App Purchases (IAP): Credits are purchased on-demand directly within the App via Apple StoreKit micro-billing. All purchases are processed and secured anonymously through Apple's App Store.
• No Expiration & Transferability: Credits purchased have no expiration date, are non-refundable (except as mandated by Apple policies or automated failure protocols). Credits cannot be transferred between devices.

4. Automated Job-Failure Refund Policy

We believe in fair billing. Deep neural inference jobs are complex and may occasionally fail due to network interruptions, GPU constraints, or source audio formatting anomalies:

If any AI music cover generation job fails at any stage in our pipeline, the 60-credits cost is instantly and fully refunded back to your balance automatically. This transaction check is validated through secure server RPC protocols, guaranteeing you never pay for failed generations.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Guidelines

As a secure processing agent, ReMusic does not claim ownership or control over the inputs or outputs processed through the App:

• User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload and modify the source audio tracks processed via ReMusic.
• Generated Materials: ReMusic acts purely as a secure translation utility and makes no intellectual property claims regarding the transformed song outputs. You assume all legal and copyright risks associated with the public distribution, performance, or monetization of the generated tracks.
• Zero AI Model Training: In alignment with our strict privacy policies, your uploaded voice profiles, instruments, and generated music outputs are never utilized to train public neural networks.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process any audio material that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, hateful, or encourages violence.
• Use the App to generate vocals simulating real public figures or vocal artists for deceptive, malicious, or commercial parody purposes (voice spoofing or deepfaking without consent).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or breach the API endpoints, database RPC structures, or credit-management protocols.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall ReMusic, its directors, employees, or cloud infrastructure partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of credits, data, or sound assets, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination & Policy Updates

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted here and within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
